Welcome to DRUK99. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of druk99.pl and any order that you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Custom Orders

Our products are custom manufactured and decorated to order. Because items are produced individually, slight variations in color, material and finish may occur. Pre-production samples are available on request.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without prior notice. Volume pricing is applied automatically based on quantity. Set-up charges and shipping are quoted separately. A written quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Artwork and Proofs

You are responsible for supplying suitable artwork. We provide a digital proof for every custom order, and production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. You confirm that you own or are authorised to use all logos, trademarks and artwork that you supply, and you agree to hold DRUK99 harmless from any related claim.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

Each product is subject to a minimum order quantity, which is shown on the product page.

5. Production and Lead Times

Sample production normally takes 3 to 7 working days. Mass production is normally around 30 to 35 days after proof approval and payment. All timelines are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Payment

We accept T/T, Payoneer, Western Union and Trade Assurance orders. Production begins after payment or the agreed deposit is received.

7. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide through trusted partners including UPS, FedEx, DHL and freight forwarders, and you may also use your own shipping agent. After your order is confirmed we ship within 7 to 12 days depending on quantity and the delivery option selected. Shipping charges are quoted per order and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because products are custom branded and made to order, they are generally not returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please report any issue within 30 days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. See our Shipping and Return Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by DRUK99 or its licensors. You grant us a limited license to use the artwork you supply solely for the purpose of producing your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of DRUK99 for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site or placing a new order constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
